RFID Chip and Tag Antenna
Kingloo offers a variety of RFID chips for you to choose from, including our NXP U CODE 7, NXP U CODE 8, Impinj Monza, Impinj Monza R6P, and Impinj Monza 4 for UHF RFID tags; NXP MIFARE Ultralight C, MIFARE Ultralight EV1, and NXP ICODE SLIX for HF RFID tags.
Tag antennas are produced with different designs that depends on if the inlay is being applied to metal, glass, or other materials with a high liquid content. With this in mind, our experienced technicians will evaluate your products and design or adjust the antenna shape to guarantee excellent RFID tag performance.
Printing and Encoding
Our RFID labels are available in monochrome and four-color printing options. RFID printers have the ability to print graphics, 1D barcodes (Code 11, 39, 93, 128), 2D barcodes (PDF417, QR Code), UID numbers, serial numbers, and other information as needed by clients.
Our professional designers will work closely with clients to design the layout of the RFID labels, including adding words, numbers, and patterns.
RFID Printers/Encoders are able to automatically read, print, and encode the information on the RFID labels.

Coated paper Coated paper is a material with a glossy, smooth surface that is easily printed upon. Coated paper labels are appealing because of the variety they provide, which is why they are widely used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food industries.
Thermal paper Thermal paper is an economical choice for supermarket and logistics applications. It prevents wrinkling to avoid negative printing effects.
Synthetic paper Synthetic paper is highly resistant to tearing, high temperatures, and abrasion. Thanks to these excellent properties, synthetic paper RFID tags are strong enough to endure tough conditions in logistics, electronics, automotive, and chemical industry applications.
Fabric Fabric labels are designed to withstand multiple wash cycles and are ideal for the tracking of garments. Common fabric label materials include nylon, coated tape, poly-cotton tape, etc.
Adhesives
We utilize high quality adhesives and tapes supplied by Henkel and 3M to manufacture custom RFID labels.
Henkel hot melt adhesive DT3981 As a heat curing epoxy adhesive, it has the hardness of 84D and can operate normally within a temperature range -54℃ to 150℃.
3M adhesive transfer tape 467MP The adhesive transfer tape is highly resistant to solvents, humidity and moisture, as well as heat (up to 149℃ for long periods, 204℃ for short periods). The adhesive provides outstanding shear strength to resist slippage and edge lifting. The high-performance tape forms resilient, durable bonds to meet the requirements of numerous applications.
3M double coated tissue tape 9448A The double coated tissue tape features a medium firm acrylic adhesive applied on a tissue substrate for a durable bond. The tape performs well in high temperature applications, including metal and silicone bonding.
Production
Converting RFID converting is the process of integrating an RFID inlay into a label, sticker, or tag. Dry inlay is stuck to the back of the substrate. All the label converting machines used in our factory have been produced by ourselves. This label converting equipment offers the flexibility and precision needed to manufacture high-quality labels.
Die cutting We have two high precision die cutting machines configured for different specifications. They have been custom made to match our in-house label converting machines. The die cutting machines can be combed with label converting machines, forming a production line. The high compatibility between the machines guarantees high efficiency operation.
Inspection In our factory, we apply multifunctional equipment to carry out encoding, printing, and data verification that guarantees all tags meet the data, performance, and appearance requirements of clients. We always deliver optimal RFID labels for your business.
